As this is a very small clinic, Dr. Burns prefers patient portal communications. There is an app or you can access it via the link below.
Once registered as a patient, you can schedule or reschedule appointments, request medication refills or other orders, and send messages.
Uploading documents only works after your first appointment with Dr. Burns. To upload documents, start a message (or reply to a message) and then add the document as an attachment.
Dr. Burns checks portal messages during the week daily.
The portal is NOT intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, proceed to an emergency room or dial 911.
If you are interested in becoming a patient of Dr. Burns, please call (913)201-0605. Due to a variety of child safety regulations, patients <13 years of age (and their parents) can register but CANNOT schedule initial appointments. If you register as a patient through the portal, Dr. Burns will call you and schedule an appointment.

Dr. Burns utilizes an ADHD progam called MeHeatlh for ADHD. You will receive an email with ADHD forms if appropriate.
